Return & Refund Policy

SarvagunAushdhi processes order received from customers and strives todeliver quality medicines and various other pharmacy products at anaffordable price in proper conditions/ without any damage. The policy of thecompany is "Goods Once Sold will not be returned"

However,

The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return orexchange of sold product(s):

  • If any product/s received by customer do not match the orderplaced by the customer at the portal of StayHappi.com
  • If a wrong product (based upon Strength or Form) is delivered
  • If the product received is spilled, leaked, puffed, opened from itsoriginal packing or in broken condition subject to an intimation within 2 days of delivery
  • Order is received by the customer after 5 days of the date of committed delivery
1.1 Categories of Non-Returnable Product:

Certain categories of products are marked as non- returnable on product page, and will not qualify for the Return as per StayHappi Return policy.

  • Products marked as the Non- Returnable on product description page on website or on App.
  • Opened strips, unsealed bottle, eye drops or any solution.
  • Product purchased under various offers, schemes or rebates.
  • Combos running under marketing camping cannot be returned in parts.
  • If batch number on the invoice does not match with original product.

Sexual WellnessCondoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits etc
Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines:Temperature Controlled and Specialty Medicines: Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Pen fills and any other product requiring cold storage, or Anti -Cancer drugs, Tuberculosis drugs, Other high value drugs, surgical products, medical devices, diagnostics and medical support accessories like Adult diapers etc.
ALL ProductsAll product that is past its expiration date

However, the products in the category of Non-returnable products may be returned only on the following terms and conditions as outlined below:

  • If any products received by customer does not match to its original order/ request.
  • If a product is wrongly delivered based upon Strength or Form.
  • If the product is received in spilled, leaked, opened, puffed or in broken condition subject to the intimation of the damage to the product received by the Company within 2 days of delivery
  • In case of Health care devices, the company reserves the right to resolve such complaints in view of the manufacturing policies/warranties associated with the product as mandated/provided by the manufacturer governed warranty by the manufacturer. For resolution, StayHappi.com (Sarvagun Aushadhi Private limited) shall upon receiving written complaint of the manufacturing defect along with the original sales receipt, shall forward the complaint to the manufacturer for resolution.
  • A complaint copy submitted for the resolution will be provided to the customer for record.
2.1 RETURN PROCESS

You can raise a request for return for the products delivered except non-returnable products with these simple steps:

  • Click on the Notification in your App
  • Look for specific item or whole order which you want to return
  • Select the respective product and click on 'RETURN'
  • Check to see if the product/s that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date.*
  • Select the item and reason for return
  • Upon receipt of the request, we inform our assigned logistics partner for reverse pickup, which may take up to 5-7 days subject to the current operating conditions.
  • Please keep the return package ready in its original packaging along with the original invoice for handy verification.
*Valid return-by date means here is 3 days after receipt of the order.
2.2 WHERE TO RETURN?

For Return intimation, customer can visit www.stayhappi.com/contactus or alternatively can call at 1800-270-7755 and place a return request via a ticket number.

  • Customer care team will verify the claim and will Notify the customer within 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the time of receipt of complaint or request for return/ exchange of products.
  • Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, customer care team will notify the acceptance of request placed to customer.
  • The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging and hand over the product in its original packing with original invoice to the authorized shipping agency.
  • Refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pick up of your products.
2.3 MODE OF REFUND

In case of refunding the amount to customer for verified request by StayHappi, Refund will be made as per the mode of the payment that customers have opted for and which is mentioned below

  • Order placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through RTGS/NEFT fund and transfer to customer’s bank account only as mandated by RBI or any other competent authority under any law for the time being in force. **
  • Orders paid through online wallet will be credited to the wallet only.
**Refunds timelines depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines. Delivery or Convenience charges will not be refunded.

General Information

POINTS TO REMEMBER AT THE TIME OF RETURN

- Customer to produce original bill/invoice at the time of returning the products.
- Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
- Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
- Upon receiving a first customer Return/Refund request, SGA will process the refund or exchange as per its return policy.
- StayHappi shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If StayHappi finds that the request is genuine, only then Return and Refund process would be initiated.

Online Consultation:

- In case of online consultation, a customer will be eligible to raise a request for Refund only in case the consultation query is not replied within 24 hrs.
- The customer is required to raise the Refund request with StayHappi customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of query or receiving of response. The request for the Refund will be validated by StayHappi customer care team.
- In case of valid Refund, the same will be done by crediting the bank account of the customer. Refund process shall be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission of the request for Refund.

Shipping Charges:

- Orders delivery will be free for the customers. (subject to change in future)

Disclaimer's

• StayHappi reserves the right not to process refunds in the following situations, if you:
- Return a product that exceeds the return time limit of 7 days.
- Return items that belong in the NON-Returnable category accept for the specific conditions provided thereunder
- Return any items / products without initiating a return in the appropriate order in the App or Website.
- Return the products in smashed or broken condition or without sharing the valid image at customer support first.
- Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice;

In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, StayHappi reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against such person and such person will be solely liable for all costs incurred by StayHappi in this regard.

All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Delivery time subject to actual operating conditions. Delay in delivery may arise due to Force Majeure conditions.
