Items are different from what I ordered

Please do verify all the contents of your order and confirm whether it is as per the prescribed/ordered quantities. It is highly unlikely scenario for an order to be different. If found to be different, please call us at 1800-270-7755 and we will get this resolved.

I have received damaged items

What is the shelf life of medicines being provided?

We ensure that the shelf life of the medicines being supplied by our partner retailers is, at least, a minimum of 3 months from the date of delivery. We practice zero tolerance towards medicines that are off substandard quality and keep our inventory checks regular to meet the quality standards at StayHappi

How can I make an online payment?

We don't accept any payments at the time of order placement. Once the bill is prepared after packaging, you shall receive a notification on your app and an SMS with the payment link. Please click on it to make the payment.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from "Track order status" section. Keep a look-out for our order delivery updates.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling our customer service @ 1800-270-7755 before it is out for delivery. Else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the StayHappi wallet, if the order amount was paid online.

Items are missing from my order

We are sorry you had to experience this. We have a robust check function in place to avoid exactly such an event. We request you to reach out to us within 24 hours of your order delivery by calling us at 1800-270-7755, so that we can investigate the matter. Also in future please take a minute or two to inspect the order when delivered.

I want to modify my order

Sorry, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications or for further assistance please call us at 1800-270-7755

When will I receive my order?

Which cities do you operate in?

Currently we have our services only in Delhi and we are constantly expanding our services across India, we will intimate the same through relevant media as we progress further. You can enter the location details on our StayHappi App & website to check the delivery availability as well.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, we currently do not have a feature available to expedite the order delivery. However, if we offer this feature in the future and if your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Can I modify my address after Order placement?

Sorry, once the order is dispatched, we are unable to modify the address and correspondingly you can reach out to our customer care @ 1800-270-7755 to check the feasibility.

Doctor Consultation

Why will you arrange doctor consultation for my order?

Most of the medicines that you order for, on the StayHappi App / Website, require a valid prescription. We link / connect you to a partnered Doctor if you do not have a prescription or if the attached prescription is invalid.

A valid prescription will have the following details in place -
  • Date of Prescription
  • Patient/s name
  • Doctor's name
  • Doctor's degree
  • Duration / Dosage of medicines
  • Doctor's Signature / Stamp
  • Doctor's registration number

I missed the Doctor's call, what should I do?

I faced an issue with my consultation

Will you auto assign doctor consultation without my consent?

No we will not do that. We will reach out to you before processing the same and it would be with your consent only.

What are the additional charges for Doctor consultation?

Doctor consultation at StayHappi is absolutely free of cost.

What are the payment modes at StayHappi?

We support the following payment options:

When will I get my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

No, there are no hidden charges!

Payment not confirmed for my order

Online payment transaction confirmations are completely dependent on the issuing bank. Most of the time, online payments will update immediately. However, in cases of delayed payment confirmation, please refresh the App or website after waiting awhile before reaching out to us for assistance.

How do I check for any ongoing offers?

You can check the list of active offers on the Home page of our App or website.

How do I apply a coupon code on my order?

You can apply the coupon code while checking out the order from our App or website. If you get a message that the code is not valid or failed to apply, it may be because the code is incorrect or the eligibility is not applicable.

Returns

When will I get my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

  • 1. Credit/Debit card and Net banking - 6 to 7 working days
  • 2. To StayHappi wallet - Within 48 hours

Does StayHappi pick my product I want to return from my location?

Yes, our hassle-free return policy allows easy return of products. We will pick up the items from the place of delivery only. Please keep the return package ready.

The returns are subject to the below conditions:-
  • 1. Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
  • 2. Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
  • 3. Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return;
  • 4. Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
  • 5. Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.

I have placed a return request but no one has come yet for pick up

Below is the update on the Return process for your information:

  • 1. For Return intimation, please visit www.Stayhappi.com/help or alternatively call us at 1800-270-7755
  • 2. Stayhappi customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 48 (Forty-Eight) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
  • 3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Stayhappi will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
  • 4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • 5. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).

Can I return a refrigerated product?

How do I return my order?

Referrals

How does your Referral Program work?

Invite your friend / family members by sharing your unique referral code via link generated from the SH App. Once the referred person uses the link and register’s with SH and orders from us, you will get the referral benefit added into your SH wallet account, post meeting all required conditions.

Where should I check my referral code?

You can find your referral code in the ‘Refer a friend’ tab under the main section of the Stayhappi App or on the Homepage

Why did I not get the referral benefit?

If you are not notified about your referral benefit, it is likely that one or more of the following things happened:

  • 1. The user clicked on your link but did not create an account or complete their first purchase
  • 2. The referred member placed an eligible order, but the order was not fulfilled
  • 3. Your referral benefit has expired

How do I check my referral benefits?

You can view your referral benefits and the associated details on the ‘Refer a friend’ tab under the main section of the Stayhappi App

Stayhappi Wallet

What is Stayhappi Wallet?

This is a virtual wallet to store Cash in your Stayhappi wallet. It can be redeemed only on the purchase of medicines via Stayhappi and is not transferrable

How do I check my Stayhappi Wallet balance?

To check your Stayhappi wallet balance, go to the Main section tab and click on the "Profile" to see the SH wallet details.

How can I redeem my Stayhappi wallet money?

If you have any money in your Stayhappi wallet, it will be automatically deducted from your next medicine order amount and you will only have to pay for the balance amount (if any).

How much Stayhappi wallet money can I redeem in an order?

There is no limit to the Cash that can be redeemed in an order from your Stayhappi wallet

Can I add money to my Stayhappi Wallet?

Yes, you can add money to your Stayhappi wallet from your bank account and from Paytm for now.

When will the Stayhappi wallet money expire?

Any Stayhappi wallet Cash deposited will never expire. At times, our marketing team may deposit promotional cash which will have an expiry that is communicated to you via an SMS.

The refund cash credited to Stayhappi wallet will also not expire as well.

Can I use the Stayhappi wallet amount for health care products at Stayhappi?

Yes, you can use the Stayhappi wallet amount for any products that are ordered from Stayhappi.

Can I transfer money from my Stayhappi Wallet to the bank account?

No, you are unable to transfer money from your Stayhappi Wallet to the bank account or Paytm.

General Enquires

Is Stayhappi a Pharmacy?

No, Stayhappi is an online healthcare and medicine delivery platform.

Why did I not receive my OTP on SMS?

Please check your network connection. It takes a minimum of 5 secs and a maximum of 2 minutes to receive an SMS. If you still haven't received the same, please try after sometime

How do I stop receiving promotional communications?

Please do reach out to us on email with your request. We will unsubscribe you and confirm the same within 5 working days

I'm facing issues while trying to order

How can I change the phone number linked to my account?

Please connect with us over the email with your request and we shall do the needful and confirm the action within 24-48 working hours.

Are there any shipping charges for Medicines ordered?

For now we do not have any shipping charges, we shall communicate the same in future if we come up with any changes on this front via relevant media.

Can I get a different dosage other than what is mentioned in the prescription?

No, the medicines will be provided as per the dosage mentioned in the prescription. Self-prescribed medicines will not be provided. Alternatively, if you wish to change your dosage, you may opt our free doctor consultation and we can process the order as prescribed by the doctor.

What is a valid prescription?

A valid prescription will have the following details in place -
  • Date of Prescription
  • Patient/s name
  • Doctor's name
  • Doctor's degree
  • Duration / Dosage of medicines
  • Doctor's Signature / Stamp
  • Doctor's registration number

Which medicines are not deliverable through your platform?

As per the guidelines of legal and regulatory authorities of Government of India and the company, we do not sell products with the "Not for sale" tag through our App or Website

What is your Standard delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location that is been ordered from. You will receive an update once the order is places with us and after confirmation.
