Cefpodoxime is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat a variety of infections caused by bacteria like pneumonia, sinusitis, cystitis and ear infections. This medicine is not recommended for use in case of common cold, flu or viral infections since it is active against infections caused by bacteria only. Use of this medicine in infants less than 2 months of age is not recommended.

Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. Avoid prolonged use of Delpocure , since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea. warnings Driving UNSAFE Delpocure may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy.
